Hi Guys,

I’m Stew Baker from BakerBM

I thought it was about time we joined the Gti-6 forum :-)

We are well into our 306 T16 build and would like to keep you updated with the progress. We have put up all our previous 306 development work on our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/BakerBM/358044574222720

We have finished the prototype adjustable top suspension mounts: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/824/306adjustabletopmounts1.jpg/

These will be rolled out later this month if anybody is interested in this product :-)

We would like to work with 306 forum members in the development of future products! Email or message us on Facebook if you have any design ideas that you would like developing.

All the best

Stew

Stew,

Hey up and welcome to the forum!

I have just seen your top mounts on Facebook. Are they for use with coilover type dampers or can you use the standard type? They look the tits too Thumbs up

Spikey: Yes, I made the jig I have attached. It's on adjustable feet so any camber/toe setting can be achieved (within reason!)

Hi Welshpug, I'm not sure if I have misunderstood you?

The pins are threaded at one end. The other end is knurled like the OE ones.

I think you might have, I meant would you be able to do one with a tapped hole on the splined end to bolt a damper to Smile

I have a 205 gearbox mount from Baker BM, never used as it was sent with a 306 kit and therefore doesnt fit. Couldnt manage to contact BBM to send it back so its just sat in the shed.
