Been enjoying my new white gti6 until I was filling up the other night and fuel started p**sing out.

It is not coming from the main filler hose that goes to the tank, it appears to be coming from a yellow plastic bit which clips into the top of the tank, next to the main filler pipe.

Here is a pic of the bottom, it is coming from the other side of the yellow clip thing!



It doesn't leak if the car isn't running.

Help?! Cheers.

I don't think Mines got the yellow thing.
Is that pic upside or something? Every time I spin the phone to see it at the right angle the chuffing phone screen flips itself back LOL so I'm no better off Sad

use q-bond if you have it over there

I will try and get a better picture. It is upside down. Looks like something to do with the tank breather. If you pull out the rear plastic wheel arch cover you can see it. Has one hose going into it.

Any ideas? We have Q bond.
