Taking the gearbox off. Trying to pull the pin out so i can get the linkage off. Any tips? Been at it for a while with grips, still no movement haha

That doesnt sound good. Haha.

Im following the gearbox faq. The linkage which the cable pulls/pushes. Theres a pin in it which holds the linkage on, according to the faq?

I meant arm haha.

Bend it up how far? Just enough to get to the pin?

I did this after trying to remove it for a week LOL
Worked perfect, I couldn't believe I had kept on trying to remove it after I got told to bend it on here.

Get some decent vice grips on it and give it a twist to loosen it.
