The best bet is to run the engine and apply a chisel to it at a slight angle as if you were turning wood.

*Please don't do this.

Take it to someone who is capable of balancing it.

    i just put a protractor on mine and did 8 equal 60mm holes using a holesaw in the flat areas of it

    I heard putting grooves on like a brake disc has some advantages
