Hi I'm looking to buy a set of coilovers found these on eBayLook at this on eBay:
Peugeot 306 Gaz adjustable coilover suspension kit.

Has anybody ran these or currently running?

I also just like yourself looked into this before buying a set of Gaz Gold coilovers the product itself i cannot fault however you must get them set up otherwise your car will be all over the place which is what i had yet no one on here could advise me on the best setting to have them on yet many say there no good etc yet never fitted them.Theres a chap on here called rallyash who has a Gaz GHA kit on his track car and has never had any issues with them seems to me the guys that have issues with them are the ones who never fitted them ________________________________________ 205 GTI6 235 bhp at 7400 rpm |

Plenty of MX-5's winning on them  /pot stirring ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Half cages right up to complete custom spaceframes - MSA/FIA spec, CDS, ROPT, T45, etc - PM meEmail me! Custom-made polybushes available - need an odd size or fitment? - anything from batch work to one-off pieces. |

You got conclusive proof on suspension now too? They're ok, better than a lot of the crap about and work fine for what most people need. konis and billies are standard diameter springs and will knock you back about £550-600.pugsport stuff will be around £1400, AST about £1200. Use?Road Rally Track Race? You really wouldn't want to run a proper race setup on the roads....tbh, for fit-and-forget road use just bang some B6's on and be done. ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Lots of people want to buy coilovers so they can say ' I've got coilovers on it' If its going on a track then fair enough go for it. But if you never do track days or motorsport then why bother ? As philipm says ' fit and forget' some decent quality struts and springs. Job Done. furthermore i think if we listen to the opinions on here about gaz, the designers must of had a brain fart when it came to pugs and especially the 306 gti, as the rest of the car world just seem to do just fine on them!!! even my mates renault 5 maxi runs gaz, so does his turbo 2 and also my mates 106 rally car so surey they cant be that bad plus they aint cheap etither!!________________________________________ |
