Benefits are slightly more power and better throttle response, and of course... the noise Love

Dont often come up second hand, but I think Stuwee may be selling his soon?

If you are to buy new, get them direct from Jenvey Yes

They sold me mine for less than other retailers were quoting me Smile

Shock Really?

When I bought mine, maybe 2 year ago? Was a bit under £700. This was for the bodies, trumpets, manifold, backing plate, sausage filter, bolts and fixings. Basically everything except throttle linkage.

that's about £500, plus £300 odd for a decent loom, £300 for mapping, £2k all in is about right, can be done cheaper if you happen upon a complete used setup.

You said it was £2k on the Jenvey site, did it say what was included?

As Mei says, wil be about £2k all in if you buy new, but as you said Jenvey quoted that it seemed high as I didnt know they offered ECU/loom etc? Unsure

I have a set of bodies and have just rounded up a new inlet manufold so just needs a regulator throttle cable filters. I have a dta exp48 but no loom. You would need a sensor ecu loom and wasted spark set up.

So I have :
Bodies with trumpets fuel rail tps £550
genuine jenvey inlet manifold for what i paid for it this afternoon as new £125
DTA e48exp no loom 350.
1k the lot.

Those with a set of cam's do just fine, mind the Omex 600 does not use the GTi6 coil packs the 710 has to be used, but just use the XSi coil pack on the 600 and off you go, nice and easy
