I quite like the 206 gti-180 wheels, just wondering what they would look like on the gti-6 if anyone has any pics or opinions?________________________________________ A red rallye in progress! |

Not a 6 and not 180 wheels either but as good as you may get. I got away with it pikey style and just removed the rear arch liners and had 3 or 5mm spacers but for 180 wheels you will definitely need spacers as they are an extra half inch wider. You really do feel the extra weight of them though and I didn't like them on the D Turbo so would never consider them for a 6/Rallye but depends what you want from it really. |

i think they look real smart on that blue pug, but if can feel the weight and not good for driving then i won't bother just wanted some opinions________________________________________ A red rallye in progress! |

Yeah I liked the look but you can feel the extra weight in acceleration and turning though my old car wouldn't have had as good suspension set-up as a standard GTi but probably running similar torque.They were the wheels from a 307 (Challengers), pretty much the same but the 180s have half inch wider at 7 and are centreless whereas 307s have a cap. One are ET31 and the other 28 too though can't remember which ones but wheels I'm pretty good on just cus I had so many of them on my last car - everything else though it's pretty much a no-no |
