Does anybody know what size the injector seals are as mine are leaking boost through them on the manifold side, funny thing is the rail has more pressure in it and that's not leaking, I haven't tested it, Im just going on the stains I can see, I would like to try to get the seals in a slightly bigger size if possible to see if that fixes it. who would I contact to find out if a bigger size is available?I'm pretty certain they are as I've read on other car forums people with the same issues have used a thicker injector seal. ________________________________________ andrew315rawson@live.co.ukMoonstone phase 7 gti6 My Project thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=119992&page=1 |

Mr Injector is where I got some for mine from. However, I don't see any stains on mine so I have no boost leak problems here... From memory they are 14mm OD, I couldn't find them listed on his website so I phoned him and told him what injectors I had. He looked up the seals for me and told me the part number to buy, so I then bought them on his website. Very helpful guy. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

I've just spoke to mr injector and he has a seal kit designed for higher boost and methanol for our injectors for about £10. They're oversized by half a mm so I'll have to go steady fitting them, he says use dot 4 brake fluid to lubricate them Awsome help thanks Hoope this sorts it out. ________________________________________ andrew315rawson@live.co.ukMoonstone phase 7 gti6 My Project thread: http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=119992&page=1 |
