Yeah, £200-250 for grit blasting and powder coating is the only way
I've tried doing them myself in the past and you spend a lot more on paint, tools and time than you think. Then you use that resin stuff to fill the big scratches, then it looks s**t, then it's too late because you can't get them powder coated once you've used the resin.
Everyone I've ever known who's refurbed their own wheels has ended up with (eventually) disappointing results, when lacquer starts peeling off after a few months.
Honestly, buy a set it better condition and keep your current ones as spares
