O/T but where does "thanks for all the fish" come from? Is it Red Dwarf or somethiong like that?

Dunno but there is a NOFX album called 'So long and thanks for all the shoes' cus they were sponcered by DC and got loads of free shoes. It was supposed to be their last album but wasnt.
