recently bought another 6.. missed my last one so much..used to have diablo red but this ones astor
couple of small things need doing though..
anyone know how much roughly for a rear calliper sorting , probably needs new one.its sticking causing alot of heat on the wheel also thinking it needs a new clutch cable.. i know there usually quite stiff on these cars but this one doesnt feel right ..
could possibly do the clutch cable myself if its simple enough?
anyways ill get some pictures uploaded shortly (once i figure out how to do them on here) Dunno

Looks as though the Diablo has a Phase 2 D-Turbo front bumper. Yes

yeah could never work that out myself either but i kinda liked it.. it matched the black door trims around side Smile
Anyone local to me know any reputable garages that know abit about these cars..
hate taking them to local garagesround here.. they dont seem to know anything about these cars
Going to give it a good polish and wax next week .. any ideas to bring the colour back up ..seems to have faded to mostly black lol

I used these same re-manufactured calipers on my Rallye, right type and the quality and service were good.

You don't get a carrier with it though so you will need to clean up your rusty one - reminds me I still have to sort mine out.

Nice clean looking car by the way. A bit of elbow grease and it will be a minter.

Funny I almost prefer the GTI-6 badge on that non-standard position on the grille than I do on the factory location on the doors.

cheers the carriers could do with the red painted back on so ill make them nice and shiny all round.. Smile
was thinking of doing the calipers yellow but it might be abit to much not sure..
painted the front peugeot badge black need to get hold of cheap black masks now.

yeah i added the badges.. it came de-badged but i liked the yellow 6 badges from my last one so found some on e-bays and thought id fit them somewhere different.. same with the back badge

Did you fit your rear caliper your self mik

No, I paid someone else to do them while it was in for a MoT, as it needed new handbrake cables and new rear axle bushes/mounts.

Clamp the line to minimise loss when you do it.

You will still need to bleed it once you have changed the caliper over. Yes
