I run around 2mm of toe out on my track car (with a plated LSD). I find parallel awful under power as the car darts around everywhere especially on un-even surfaces. I'd personally never entertain toe in on a fwd car.
Fwd cars tend to toe in underpower hence adding toe out (when stationary) means the wheels run parallel when you accelerate.
To answer the OP, purley for handling purposes I'd go for a 30mm front drop with a +10mm ish rake to the rear, -2degrees camber and as much castor as you can get on,1-2mm of toe out.
Much more camber on the road and you'll scrub the inside edges of the tyre off fairly quickly.
If its just looks your after, drop it on the bump stops and don't worry about the geometry as itll always drive like a heap of s**t :p
