I've been offered a set of Gaz coilovers with springs top mounts etc for £150. There not very old but I've always been a Bilstien fan. Any opinions and is 150 cheap/expensive?

I'm happy standard at the min but if there any good I may be tempted. I had the Group N spec Billy's on my 205 and that thing handled like a peach.

Thing is do you want a road car or a car that's a bit harsh and better on track than road.

Road and track at the min. Would like to retain some compliance.

Gaz aren't bad. Adjustment there, but you could just change the springs.

Ha! I disagree, the setup on the Impreza was better Thumbs up
Unless you were taking the...? I'd suggest Russians is up there with them and has had a huge amount more thought than mine ever did. The Volvo is getting there, but its a big old bus to try and control.LOL

Have a look at Russian Guy's thread in projects. Also CRF450 and i'd have thought AllanAllen have something half decent as they make a load of custom stuff for the 306, if they still own one.

Mine was nothing that special in terms of camber adjustment etc etc compared to a lot on here, just a hybrid rear bar and some AST coilovers.
