Been getting the 6 ready now since november

was having the final push on it over the weekend to get back on the road, had masked the whole car of and was starting the task of machine polishing it, got to the rear of the car and slipped with it and caught the bumper with the edge of the polishing disc, cut straight through the paint about 10 cm long 2 cm wide, was so mad, so car is now back at the bodyshop for repair

anyone else had any similar cock ups so close to getting car ready

Hey, I have nothing against people admitting failure on here. It's basically my entire build thread. If I f*ck something up I like to at least think other people can get amusement from my misfortune.

I enjoy your thread Owain.

I can't post the LOL's because it would cost me to do so.

Don't fancy buying me membership on my behalf do you? If I win one of the competitions that membership entitles you to, I will obviously go 60/40.

A few months ago, i saw one of our valetors holding a mop, on ridiculous speed, in one place on an x5 bonnet. (I say holding, he was leaning on it practically with his whole body weight, with it just spinning on one spot) Needless to say it burnt straight through. I pointed and laughed, went and got more people and we all pointed and laughed. Then he got told he'd have to pay for the repair himself. I felt bad, so did everybody else, but then we pointed and laughed even more. Yes

    like this

    Mobile link. Sorry...
