New to 306s hence the post.
My Rallye has a bit of vibration in the steering wheel under medium- hard braking so I want to replace discs and pads all around.
They don't need to be AMAZING as it doesn't get driven hard all the time. Be great if they could withstand one or two trackdays a year.
What's a good combo?

Std discs, Brembo, Bendix both seem good.

I've got Black Diamond front and rear pads which are a good upgrade for about £50 each, Ferrodo and Mintex are used by a lot on the forum, but are getting near £100 each for front and rears.

If you gonna buy from Tweeks i would phone rather than buy on the net.

Other threads on the forum mention a guy's name , might be tony at tweeks and told him the guys on here recommended him for a good price.

He put me through to a bloke called Paul and i paid about 15-20 quid less than the website price.

I'll see if i can find the thread to check the name.

I bought ds2500 btw

It's surprising how much heat they'll take and for some reason they hardly wear out and sort of polish the disc up to look like chrome with no scoring at all. I have DS2500's all round on standard discs.

Good call, will check them for play tomorrow. I'm fairly sure its the brakes, judder and vibration during braking only.

Easy way to check them is to get a breaker bar on your wheel bolts with the car down on the ground and lift/push down the breaker bar and see if the wheel moves back/forwardThumbs up
