As above, don't mind if its loud either. Not a fan of bassy/ boomy systems or big back boxes.
My ideal exhaust would have a tip no bigger than 2 1/2 -3 inches, mostly hidden and raspy.
Are there any video links maybe? I had a magnex/ scorpion pugsport on my 106 Rallye and it sounded lovely. Faulty quiet on idle but really raspy on full chat with plenty of pops and bangs.

Any suggestions or link pleaseSmile

Car currently has a stainless steel magnex. 3" or 3 1/2. Haven't heard it yet on full chat. Link to linglife exhaust? I'm guessing the decat pipes are widely available? And most backboxes have the same fitment?
Sorry about the noob questions, its my first 306.

Just google longlife. Its raspier than a magnex for sure. Give mattyrallye a pm, he has a right raspy one.

I've got a 3" inward rolled Longlife, 'mild sport' loudness and I wouldn't really call it raspy.

Up to about 4krpm it is quite boomy but towards the top of the rev range it gains a bit more character - Inside the car it sounds like the air is being ripped to shreds. It's a hard balance because you want that raspy rally car sound but need to avoid the v-tac wasp in a can sound.

Matts is a decated 3 1/2" rolled in back box running a smaller center section than the mild set up. Its not boomy at all, in fact at low and constant speeds it's quite sedate, give it the beans though and it's a totally different animal, rasp, pops and bangs and the odd flame for good measure. A much nicer sounding exhaust than his old decated magnex.

Thanks Aaron. I'll fling him a pm and get a bit more details on his system. I'd rather quiet and civilized at low revs, then raspy in high.
Magnex up for sale soon!

The hunt is underway. The Magnex looks great and is well built, just doesn't scream and spit flames!

If you want raspy, magnex decat and longlife system. If you want it really raspy, take the centre box out so its straight through to backbox. Did this on my old exhaust and sounded very good (although I was never really a fan of the raspyness)

I sold it to Manthos, and he has videos of it somewhere. Will try look them out.

Thats a similar noise to matts rallye. Think matts is a touch more raspy. Has lots of character. So who was the excitable gentleman in the car? LOL
