The cars ready to go back and have to map tweaked, hopefully for the final time.

The last thing thats got to be done is to get the speedo and rev counter working, but i cant figure out why they are not working.

Any ideas how to to incorperate these into the wiring?

Thanks.

has the ecu not been connected to the rev counter feed wire? the speedo wires are separate, so should still be there if the original loom was modified.

The Speedo is connected, the way it said in the ecu wiring diagram from the dta website.

On my DTA E48 and the rev counter runs of the ECU ( I had to set the number of pulses per rpm to 1 in general engine settings)

I wired the Speedo up from info in the Haynes manual, so should be to original wiring as Welshpug says. It has never worked, but never bothered to check if
I wired it wrong or not (track car only so not really fussed about a working speedo)
