I just phoned up my nearest place that fits tyres , they want £20 per wheel!!!!Surely that isn't the going rate these days? |

£5 straight fit or £7 balanced at the local part worn place. Usually splash out and get them balanced ________________________________________ Passat B5.5 TDi estate (174bhp, 260 lbs/ft) |

Pug dealer charged £15 to fit/balance 4 tyres last week although they did supply the tyres.The guy said they usually charge £15 fit/balance per pair fronts or backs. 20 is taking the p*ss imo |

Also, I bet when you get down there they don't have te correct adapter to balance them properly.________________________________________ |

Well yeah, I have had that with Cyclones ("sorry mate, the machine is broken" but these are for some with centre holes.... |
