may just be angle of pics but that downpipe looks very close to bulkhead, tbh i prefer yours to the DP's downpipe

yeah its the angle of the photo, the whole point of this home build project is to show how w**k that dp stuff really is, my manifold is better and so is my downpipe lol, also when u consider that dp hasn't got an internal pulse guide (dragons tooth) it shows that u don't get a lot for your cash tbh, I would sell these manifold at £750 a pop n still be making £500 on each one the down pipe is would sell at £200 a shot and I would make £160 a pop, but I can get the turbos cheaper than turbo dynamics too so I can undercut them I could sell "a starter kit" for £2300 which would get you the manifold, turbo and downpipe plus all associated parts ie turbo cradle and water and oil lines too, also I could do optional extras like wastegates n the plumbing for that too.

same as mine technically lol the whole lot running 90% could run 450 everything is built to withstand 600hp the weak link obviously the gearbox

I paid less for my DP manifold, DP Downpipe, DP alloy inlet, complete 3" exhaust then you would be asking for your manifold , so i aint complaining lol!

considering the amount of labour involved fabricating it all and given the price of the current opposition then, assuming yours are reliable, i think you stand to make decent money providing the demand is there

Alloy inlet on mine is the only one ever made for an S16/RFS, normal price for that 1300 euro!!!!!

Ive bought everything from my mates ZX Turbo, that was the first serious project DP Engineering did a few years ago... i got i CHEAP!!!!!!!

so that will be the 328bhp ZX i admired a few years ago. did that engine stay in one piece?

Engine hold up easily and is still in good nick, its one of my reserves Wink

Even the one of Bas 1.6 16v 466BHP with only a decomppackage is still alive and kicking, after 4 years of VERY VERY hard abuse
