So I put my new omp brace on but the coilovers shaft hits the brace where it should go throw the center hole should I cut the top of the coilovers or the brace

what coilovers do you have? i just fitted coilys and my strut brace a 2 weeks ago and had no problems, also what strut brace is it??

Always, always, always cut clearances on the brace. But if you have to ask that, then you should seriously consider wether you should be working on it at all.
