Top gear USA - apparently! ________________________________________ My old man wrote me a letter from prison once. It said if you don't want to end up in here, stay away from crime, women and drugs. Trouble is, that don't leave you much else to do, does it? |

Watching this again, they're showing the "new" Mitsubishi Evolution. If only the Americans knew that car is the tenth variant of Evolution we've had in this country ________________________________________ Less than 24 hours to go! |

Ah right, I just assumed it was a new thing for them as it was just called "evolution" without any numbers. Still not impressed with the programme though, seems a bit flat without the stupid antics of our programme.________________________________________ Less than 24 hours to go! |

Oh look we're drifting! No you're not, that's a handbrake turn. Oh look we're drifting! No you're not, that's a burnout. Oh look we're drifting with a blind man! No you're not, clearly it's someone else driving. Let's get the Aston and an identical Aston but with more power and drag race them to see which is faster. Hmmmm. Some really groundbreaking stuff going on, really good to see Americans countering the stereotype of them being stupid arrogant dickheads. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

When they go to that drive through safari thing was pretty comedy In the Peel p50's? Quality that was. I bet the producer was regretting it when the rogue Rhino was ready to open a can of woooopas. With all entertainment programmes like these, a lot of it is down to the presenters, if they obviously know f*ck all about their subject matter or talk to the viewer like your a f*cking idiot then the programme will be shit. Perfect example is when Tim Shaw was on fifth gear, he was an annoying cretin and wrecked the whole programme, they sack him off and suddenly its an entertaining programme again. Dont even get me started on the original replacement for tim lovejoy on soccer am - what a f*cking tool he was ________________________________________ Pete Sims - R.I.P buddy!PS£ id - onenashy |
