Hello, Can I see some people's 'battery in the boot' installations. I wanna see different designs so I know what to do myself and also, can you tell me where you got the box from? Going to do this to my track car soon, but I dont know where to buy the boxes or where to put the battery or whether to cut a hold in the boot and sink the box so the battery is flush to the boot floor or have the battery sitting on the boot floor in a box....

Thanks in advance

On the floor behind the passenger seat, is the easiest option ( keep the center of gravity low)

If you want to put it in the boot, then keep it as far forward as possible, and sink it into the boot floor.

I'll do that then. I jsut thought the idea was to put the battery as far back as possible to take some weight from the front and put it in the back. But behind the passenger seat will be alot easier/ better for me. How have you clamped the battery there? Have you got any pics? Cheers

I mounted a race battery vertically, so passenger seat only has to go forward about 75mmThumbs up
