Dear All,

I have the following available for sale - which is essentially similar to the set-up I run on my car Cool

The set-up is capable of delivering 500+ BHP on a XU10J4RS engine, although as per my car I would recommend using a restrictor and limiting power slightly to acheive a compromise of performance / reliability.

I run circa 450 BHP, and it has power power and torque over the complete rev range than the C30-94 based conversions.

The package:

- Rotrex C38-81 Supercharger with complete oil circuit and 10 row Mocal cooler (brand new; with 2 year warranty)

- DTA S60 Pro ECU - this can be supplied with the map from my car which will give you an ideal base map

- Siemens Deka Motorsport high-boost injectors (new and unused)

- Lynx Power Engineering C38 Series Rotrex Fitting Kit - again, this is the same as what I have on my car, although it's been designed to retain the 6 rib auxillary belt (no need to change all the other auxillary pullies) (this is all new and unused)

Cost for everything - £3,250

You would still need pistons conrods, etc at least another £2000 i would think, intercooler, diff to put power down.

As Tom said there are other bits you need - it's ideal for someone who is already low boost / high boost and has a decent size intercooler etc, then with upgrading a few more parts you can have silly power Smile

If you don't have anything you will need the above, plus intercooler, pipework, fans, and an engine re-build to lower the compression to take the booost Big grin

What's the difference between the 2 fitting kits? Can you do an upgrade package for someone with a normal kit?

At a guess I would say that the mounting positions for the charger would be different due to the charger being bigger???

The differences are:

- Inlet manifold has bolted flange to accept throttle body; and no bracket for the throttle cable as this is not required. It also has a slightly longer plenum so the thottle body assembly clears the cylinder head at the thermostat end.

- Bracket is different and designed for the the C38 series superchargers

- The inlet adapter (which conncets to the S/C inlet) is different, as it doesn't need to hold the throttle body etc. Instead it's designed to allow the installation of a re-circulating dump-valve, and also houses the restrictor / diffuser to limit power (if this is desired / required).

I think that's about it...

You can see the differences to the normal kit in the pics below, which is essentially what i'm selling (although the kit I have retains the original 6-rib drive belt; not an 8-rib drive belt):

This lot is a one off deal – I can do more of the C38 stuff in the future, but not at this price.

To give you an idea, prices would normally be roughly:

- Rotrex C38-81 Supercharger with complete oil circuit and 10 row Mocal cooler (brand new; with 2 year warranty) - £1,750

- DTA S60 Pro ECU - this can be supplied with the map from my car which will give you an ideal base map - £875

- Siemens Deka Motorsport high-boost injectors (new and unused) - £200

- Lynx Power Engineering C38 Series Rotrex Fitting Kit - again, this is the same as what I have on my car, although it's been designed to retain the 6 rib auxillary belt (no need to change all the other auxillary pullies) (this is all new and unused) - £1,100

Total - £3,925

So, £3,250 is a good price Smile
