Is it me or would it just be easier if a new thread was started and sticked by a mod whereby everyone is invited to upload there SINGLE favourite picture of a 306 gti6 or rallye. Mabe include such rules as the past where no photoshopping is allowed. Then after a week of uploads a week of voting begins. Perhaps vote for your top 12 photos.

Also I think a nice tough would be to have the front cover of the calendar a montage of every entry so in effect every one is in the calendar. Obviously I would upload proofs when the designer has come up with some ideas.

Anyone else have any thoughts as to whether this is a good idea? I just know that last year numerous arguments broke out over picture selection etc and this is a fail safe route (you decide on the single picture you enter, everyone else decides if it gets picked)

I think it would be good to start the entries on Monday 10th and voting Monday 17th.

Just go ahead and do it mate, start a new thread with the real entries, to cut all the discussion from this current thread. Then pm admin to get it stickied, I'm sure admin won't mind it stickied for a few weeks.

I would but currently on a phone so moving all the pictures over from this thread would take an age!

Thumbs up

Yer I too am on the phone, well in that case I will start a thread and get it stickied hopefully.

I won't copy over all the pictures as I think it remains fairly important that we try and limit the entries to one each, as to keep the voting as simple as possible.

Then people can just repost the entries on the other thread and leave this one for discussion.

I believe it is Graphite grey. It's one of the Lotus "lifestyle" colours. From what I can gather it got three stages to the paint rather than just the two of normal metallics. It's supposed to really shine.

More expensive on the whole, as you'd expect I suppose. Things like oil/filters etc are similar but then tyres, brake pads/discs do tend to cost more, but not outrageously so. I probably do a max of 5k miles per year so running costs and wear and tear are really kept to a minimum.
