Dont suppose anyone has a front caliper carrier sliding pin with bolt close to Tring, herts and can help me out?!?!?!

Bolt going into the slider kindly snapped in half and half of it is still in the slider Sad

local scrappy mate. iirc you can use the sliders from a 406 with the same size discs or failing that, a xsara or 306 etc.

if there's a bit protruding you should be able to wind it out with some grips.

90% or so of 406's uses the same caliper btw.

I managed to get one out the other day by twatting it with a hammer back and forth until it came loose Yes

Have no transport to get to a5 salvage about 12 miles away. Found a bolt I can use but getting the half bolt out of slider isn't going well.....there's barely any thread protruding Sad

Stick another bolt in and hammer the old one out?

Drilling it out slowly...drill is low on battery lol.....got the small hole drilled.....I'm a tard...just found out I only needed to undo the carrier and not calipers anyway to get to the disc and pads. Doh
