i) XU10J4RS lightweight alloy bottom pulleys - back by popular demand! Precision CNC machined from aluminium billet, the Pug1off alloy bottom pulleys are designed as direct replacements for the Citroën / Peugeot cast steel versions, but they weigh around a third of the weight of a standard pulley. Two versions of the Pug1off Citroën / Peugeot XU10J4RS alloy bottom pulleys are available, a direct replacement standard size version and a special 30mm reduced diameter variant.
This is specifically designed for high revving variants of the XU10J4/RS engine to avoid overspeeding the alternator at sustained 7500 rpm plus, where even higher levels of parasitic loss can be experienced.

Superbly engineered, great value coilovers that have been thoroughly track tested on a customer's 270 bhp 306 GTi-6, Pug1off is now able to offer a choice of Street or Circuit suspension for the Peugeot 306 GTi-6 / Rallye at an unbeatable price.
So what do you get with Pug1off / K-Sport suspension? Advanced, lightweight 6061 aluminium bodied monotube oil/gas dampers with a choice of Street or Circuit versions, both of which feature full ride height adjustment on the front struts and 36 position combined bump / rebound damping adjustment all round-that really works.
The key difference with the K-Sport Circuit coilovers for the 306 GTi-6 / Rallye is that they feature an alloy
pillowball top mount with easy camber adjustment. The K-Sport Street variant use a choice of rubber / alloy spherical bearing fixed camber top mount.
Road and track testing on Pug1off's tame 306 GTi-6 using a K-Sport Circuit kit has shown that the kit's spring rates and damping combine to produce a ride quality that's perfect for everyday street use on the UK's challenging roads - one that stiffens nicely once the dampers are adjusted to deliver more track orientated handling.
