Happy New Year 306GTi6.com forum members - here are Pug1off's (somewhat delayed) special offers for January 2012 to tempt you...

i) XU10J4RS lightweight alloy bottom pulleys - back by popular demand! Precision CNC machined from aluminium billet, the Pug1off alloy bottom pulleys are designed as direct replacements for the Citroën / Peugeot cast steel versions, but they weigh around a third of the weight of a standard pulley. Two versions of the Pug1off Citroën / Peugeot XU10J4RS alloy bottom pulleys are available, a direct replacement standard size version and a special 30mm reduced diameter variant.

This is specifically designed for high revving variants of the XU10J4/RS engine to avoid overspeeding the alternator at sustained 7500 rpm plus, where even higher levels of parasitic loss can be experienced.

Usual price £70.00 including VAT, special January 2012 offer price £63.00 including VAT - saving you £7.00 on the retail price. http://www.shop.pug1off.com/product_info.php/cPath/29_45/products_id/438

ii) K-Sport Suspension WITH FRONT CAMBER ADJUSTMENT!- Too new to list on our website, so this is a 306GTi6.com exclusive!!! Superbly engineered, great value coilovers that have been thoroughly track tested on a customer's 270 bhp 306 GTi-6, Pug1off is now able to offer a choice of Street or Circuit suspension for the Peugeot 306 GTi-6 / Rallye at an unbeatable price.
So what do you get with Pug1off / K-Sport suspension? Advanced, lightweight 6061 aluminium bodied monotube oil/gas dampers with a choice of Street or Circuit versions, both of which feature full ride height adjustment on the front struts and 36 position combined bump / rebound damping adjustment all round-that really works.
The key difference with the K-Sport Circuit coilovers for the 306 GTi-6 / Rallye is that they feature an alloy
pillowball top mount with easy camber adjustment. The K-Sport Street variant use a choice of rubber / alloy spherical bearing fixed camber top mount.
Road and track testing on Pug1off's tame 306 GTi-6 using a K-Sport Circuit kit has shown that the kit's spring rates and damping combine to produce a ride quality that's perfect for everyday street use on the UK's challenging roads - one that stiffens nicely once the dampers are adjusted to deliver more track orientated handling.

To sum up - the K-Sport coilovers really punch above their weight with outstanding performance, quality engineering and great value that's normally associated with considerably more expensive suspension products.

Pug1off is delighted to offer 306 GTi6.com forum members a special January 2012 offer based on the following prices:-

A) 306 GTi-6 / Rallye K-sport Street coilovers (Anodised alloy spherical bearing fixed front top mount) special price of £605.28 Saving £67.26 on the usual retail price.

Cool 306 GTi-6 Rallye K-sport Circuit coilovers (Anodised alloy camber adjustable alloy spherical bearing front top mount) special price of £750.21 saving you £83.35 on the usual retail price.

Due to shipping constraints Pug1off requires a 50% customer deposit with each order - delivery times will be approximately 6 weeks from date of order. Full installation / suspension set up services are available from Pug1off. K-Sport suspension units carry a full 12 month warranty. Interested parties should call Pug1off on 01280 701919 to place your deposit and take advantage of this offer.

iii) XU10J4RS Lightweight high and low compression forged pistons, including gudgeon pins, circlips and piston rings / forged steel H-beam connecting rods (proven to 500 bhp plus in our turbocharged XU10J4RS engined 205 GTi.) Top quality, with excellent reliability for trackday / motorsport engine builds, Pug1off is pleased to offer a range of low and high-comp pistons in 86.00, 86.50 and 87.00mm bore sizes. They feature deep piston cut outs to allow for long duration / high lift camshafts making them ideal for high power outputs.
The usual RRP £919.00 including VAT - Offer price £827.21 including VAT @ 20%, saving you £91.79 on the usual retail price. http://www.shop.pug1off.com/product_info.php/cPath/29_41/products_id/405

I had the Pug1off 306 GTi-6 / Rallye / XU10J4RS Stage Two tuning package fitted a few weeks ago and Im very pleased with how the car drives now!pulls all the way through to the 7800rpm redline now Big grin

This package had the Pug1off ECU remap/Pug1off gasflowed throttle body and cat cams. I didnt opt for the manifold but the guys estimate it to be close to 190bhp now as its a healthy low millage engine!

Thinking about a jenvy / emerald complete package. Are you still able to do them at the offer price? Possibly thinking about a mild set of cams or inlet cam to complement the set up but weary of cams without pistons on this engine as valves touch easily :/.
Would be fitting myself so just parts required.

Hi, we can still do the Jenvey / Emerald package at that price. I'd recommend either catcams "106" or Newman ph2. Discounts available on both and no need to worry about piston contact, especially if you are using the standard marks. Please email me at info@pug1off.com for a speedy response and full quote. Thanks. Matt.

Just the bodies or full kit? Any preference on trumpet length? Would you want the throttle linkage and bracket / TPS / and fuel pressure reg?

Matt
