Would there be much benefit in running 7.5" width wheels over 7" wheels?According to the rimstock site the difference between a 17x7" and 17x7.5" pro race 1.2 wheel is 0.3kg, so 1.2kg extra in total. As this isnt a huuuuge amount, would any increase in traction be worth the extra weight? Also, I dont mind having to roll the arches, but would spacers be required for e15 offset? More rolling resistance and aerodynamic drag, but this shoud be easily offset by the increase in speed you are able to carry through the corners.________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies.
