Hi i got a good offer for a pretty good condition

2.0 306 cabriolet 2000, exhaust system including down pipe, catlatic converter and muffler/exhaust

i was just wondering if this would fit stright on my s16 without any problems or are they made not to suit?

and would it affect my performance in such?

thanks

Lookin in the Walker exhaust book, all 3 parts are different, the bend in the front pipe/cat is different and i'm pretty sure the cabrio rear box is longer. i might be wrong on that tho. hope it helps.

as above LOL

I think the rear box is indeed different as the rear end is longer iirc, centre section may differ as I remeber the use a different fuel tank.

XSI system is the same, as long as its a 2.0, and the gti6, they all have specific cat/downpipes though.

i've had all sorts of centres/backboxes on numerous 2.0 (sport) 306's and they've all always fitted. the cats though are specific - i did mate an 8v xsi cat to an s16 manifold once and it blew really badly and literally wasn't fit for purpose LOL
