Brilliant, another ream beam thread from darren9 LOL

due to a family emergency it doesn't look like my tame mechanic (my dad) will be able to fit my new beam for some time.

I have the beam but since my mechanical knowledge is roughly on par with pugplus' customer service I need to get someone else to fit it.

I'm in the North Lincs area - long shot but does anyone have any reccomendations for someone to fit it?

How much can I expect to pay?

Thanks.

Honestly mate, I struggle to put a light bulb in. That's how technologically minded I am. I once had a mechano set but after I stuck 3 pieces up my nose it was decided I was never going to an engineer aand it was taken from me LOL I was 23 at the time Whistle

I do need someone who has just the tiniest bit of mechanical know how to do it for me.

Undo the 6 bolts through the chasis then hack through everything to release from the car. Re attach the 6 bolts and forget about the brakes and handbrake cables etc. It'll be OK as long as you know a ropey MOT tester.

Admin FAQ over previous beam thread Thumbs up

Thanks for the advice, though I hope you don't mind if I just ignore it.
