It is from an engine which slipped it's belt. Now, a mechanic looked over the engine and said it looked like the belt had been over tightened as the belt was frayed one side.
I am having a belt done on another engine and figured if it possibly wasn't the pulley that slipped, I should be able to get away with reusing.
What sort of angle that it is supposed to be at from the hole?
It may be obvious to someone visually if that is out or not. I have no idea what it's supposed to look like
