Right getting there now, the old tango machine runs, sorted the charger lines out and basically just went round tidying things up, double checking, ran it till the thermostat open and left it at that (still need to look into the cooling fan issues)Have to say it cheered me up getting it fired up. Well Marco is due to get it back on the 5th so not long now, bet your like a kid in a sweet shop with your hands tied behind your back. We drain them and then blow a light pressure of air through to get as much out as possible. Once i get the car back i'll have to run the charger in for a few km's. Then i'll be putting the 2,5" simons exhaust on it with the custom downpipe with the ceramic cat. Then the brakes and by then once it's been run in and all done i'll take it up to Dynatec with a mate to get it RR'ed. I hope it will make at least 260 bhp with the 2,5" exhaust system. I am really arfraid it wont make that power as some other members on here had the same issue. If it doesn't.... i'll have to get a live maping session at dynatec, they definately know theyr stuff when it comes to mapping custom cars. Check theyr facilities http://www.dynatek.be/en/who_we_are/equipment.htm |

Dent guy is all over it, mainly down the passenger side. managed to get the monster of a dent out the bonnet so that's good.in action- bonnet now dent free, forgot to take a before picture but it was the size of a golf ball (also has a few stone chips- Don't know why he is wearing a hat, he has long air as well, pufta. decided to go over all the plastic trim with some dressing and give the car its final wash, first off wash the engine bay, it was a little grubby from power steering fluid and hand prints here and there- next was the car- even cleaned the filthy exhaust tail pipe and slicked the tyres. added a little something- Still got the rear axle to go.
