Hi All,

Does anyone have any recommendation on best spark plugs for GTi6? bosch super 4's? iridium ngks?

I have also seen this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/306-gti6-gti-rallye-throttle-body-machined-polished-/180682834474?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a1189422a

Worth it?

Cheers

Standard spark plugs, about a tenner a set. Anyone who says they spent £100 on a set for a n/a engine and it changed their life is lying Yes

No idea about the throttle body I'm afraid, not my area of expertise; I'm only really good at spouting my opinions as if they're objective facts.

£14 sound spot on Smile

6 grade plugs will be fine on a near enough standard engine.

I spent £100 a set for an N/A engine and gained 30bhp!

But yes, cheap set of NGK's will do just fine.

I know nothing about throttle bodies, but I know this stinks of bullshit:

Approx 8-15bhp, even more if chipped

I'd give that one a miss and save your pennies Yes

Standard throttle body flows more than enough air until silly power levels.
