Hi, just got hold of a magnex today with a sleeve fit-to-cat centre section. Assuming the cat is standard which uses a normal peugeot type clamp, how would i go about joining them? Would i have to cut the fitting off a standard centre section and weld it to the magnex centre section or is there a fitting i can buy to convert it to a clamp fitting?

Wait a minute.. does that mean the decat that was fitted to the Magnex will fit a standard centre section?

EDIT no it wouldn't actually, there'd be no way of clamping it as the decat has no olive, just a sleeve

assuming it is the same bore (2.5) as you thought, it should fit inside, but the standard centre section is flared..

If sleeve fitting on the straight through centre section is a standard magnex, it should fit over the sleeve on the standard cat right?

Should do Thumbs up

The mid section is still the original magnex pipework but with the silencer cut out and replaced with pipe so magnex fittings Thumbs up

See if i've knocked £20 off and it still fits i'll cry

the cat has a flared bit (foreskin) and a potruding bit (bellend)
the magnex sleeve (vagina) slides over the bellend and butts up against the foreskin Smile

Haha, what do you reckon this setup would sound like? Cat to straight through magnex?
