Bought this today as my new daily driver.

Needs an MOT most major fail was the front subframe so need to drop that out Sad


Its a 1.8 20v Turbo so Quite nippy but i'll be getting it remaped when its on the road.

Pretty chuffed with it for £250

nice mate whats it be lowered by? and how? mean coilovers spring etc, whats up with the subframe?

Depending what the problem is the subframe shouldn't be too hard a job. What else did it fail on?

Its on Coilovers , Lowered by alot LOL

The subframe has cracks in it, Havent had it up to have a look yet but I'm sure its from running low and meeting something like a speed bump.

Failed on a few other bits like rear wheel bearing and a couple of bushes up front.

Nothing a bit of time and hopefully not too much cash will sort out

Sounds like a cheap enough fix Thumbs up

Quite like Audi Avants if i may say so myself, we had an A6 Avant 2.0TDi 170 on a 60 plate in work Love

it looks nice mate i love estates and lowered ones at that hence why i have oneRazz just wish i had the balls to run it that low but i i also like a car that handlesWhistle

I like that, I've got an Avant but it's the family car. Cant see my wife being too happy at me running it that low though

Had a quick look today and Its not actually the subframe thats knackered its the alloy plates that go over the mounting.

Good new because I dont need to drop the subframe now Smile
