I've just replaced my TPS and I was told it needs resetting once replaced otherwise it will over fuel if this is true how much would it over fuel? Would I notice?

Gave it to carl today he said he will set the throttle body up. Does nobody know this needs to be done after changing tps

Nothing needs to be done. The TPS is a simple potentiometer and the ECU simply measures the voltage across it.

I don't know what Carl's doing for you, but I'd suggest you check.

The gasket around the tb is peeling off he was going to change it. I have had work done by carl in the past inc cambelt hes a good guy.
