Hi all, iv been collecting parts for my turbo conversion for the last year but as im coming into a bit more money im looking at buying a 306 4x4 with t16 engine and i cant have 2 highly tuned cars!

I have:

Brand new in the box 4 x wossnor pistons and 4 x pec rods with arp bolts £600

A airesearch t3 turbo with A/R of 42 and 48 that will give 350 hp ( if you search airesaerch on the tinterweb u will see its a sister company of garret) the turbo was sent to turbo technics for a overhaul and the wastegate port was opened up by 1.5 mm, i have proof of the work and that the turbo is spot on!
With the turbo i also have the exhaust manifold that was made by ab motorsport and was tested on a friends gti6 turbo 205 and worked great, the down pipe is made in 2 parts for ease of fitting but will need the flange welded on the end to suit your exhaust system!

£1000 for the turbo, manifold and downpipe

I also had a oil supply line made by thinkautomotive with the correct ends for the engine and turbo, however i have not had a return made yet but that is easy!

I have a custom inlet manifiold made by a member of the turbo sport website who makes inlets for escort cosworths, it has had the throttle body relocated to the other side so less boost pipe is needed which in turn will give less lag!
The inlet was flow tested and produced even flow to the runners! £200

I have 4 new bosch 803 injectors that will be good for 300hp+
£150

i have a magnetti marelli 3 bar map sensor £30

A N70 boost solinoid valve £30

The conversion is based mainly escort cosworth parts apart from the boost solinoid valve as they are better than the anel valve used in the cosworths

4 bar fuel pressure regulator £30

Hdi gearbox for better ratio and higher top end £100

Kazz plate diff (second hand but only with 700 miles use so you dont need to run it in and waste £60 on oil) 5l of new oil included £450

Im in no rush to sell as im in afghan till the end of july so no silly offers plus if it doesnt sell i might have to have a 300hp front wheel drive 306 and a 400+ hp 4x4 306 but i dont think the other half will be happy!

Sorry no photos due to downloading takes ages out here but i have photos of the pistons rods, turbo, exhaust manifold and inlet on my gti5turbo project page!

if someone would offer me £2600 they can have the lot, all that is needed is an ecu £700 max ,intercooler and engine rebuild bits like bearings etc all available from rich w then to be mapped and you will have 300hp easy, add an uprated fuel pump and swirl pot and some 55 lb black siemens injectors and you will have 350 hp and more than 350 lb/ ft tourque due to the custom inlet.

If i dont have a buyer by the time i get back from afghan i will finish the project with no expence spared and either keep it or sell it as a complete car but will be after more money due to all the other parts that are on the car

Will only sell as a complete package and price dropped to £2400 for the lot, probably forgot lots of other parts too that will be included as i will have no use for them if i buy the t16 4x4!
