Here we go!
Started off today by emptying the boot off all the bits Stuart (Vetch) bought for her but never fitted.
Heres all the goodies for me to fit which are:
New Bilstein B4 shocks
New droplinks
New track rod ends
New balljoints
New strut top bearings
New rear beam mounts
New Bilstein rear shocks ZX 16v jobbies
Then i moved onto the mods.over the last few months/years of breaking 6's ive built up a collection of bits that could be used on future projects and best of all cost me nothing!
First up was changing the side repeater bulbs from the standard orange ones some nice silver ones.

After
Then moved onto removing the horrid Red "GTI" badges off the doors

Next up was the rusty wprer blades which were frankly pure w*nk!Quick rummage in the shed reveals some nice Bosch jobbies for her.

That was enough for outside so i moved inside to do a little bit of freshing up.First thing to be tackled was the nasty dash fascia,it looks like some blind monkey with a rattle can had sprayed the original one so that just had to go!
I prefer the phase 2 Brushed Aluminuim effect one over the phase 3 Silver item before anyone (Thug) says its the wrong one for the car.
Also moved the aftermarket alarm LED into the original location next to the air vents.

Next up was knob, after being through many mens hands over the last 10 years it was battered and even peeling
!Luckily the last 6 i broke had a mint standartd one so in it goes.

Steering wheel was next on the agenda as the original one was more flaky than Ed's dandruff!

Last little job was the jack holder.the jack was being secured by the CD changer holder and just wouldnt do.

Next up is taking the rear spoiler off and replacing it or a nice one ive got somewhere and fitment of the refurbished Cyclones with new exaltos that are blocking up my mums summerhouse
