Hi, need some advise, just the other week my 306 seems to rev really high around 2k-3k rpm for around 3-4 mins then drops to about 900rpm on idle. It also the engine seems like the pullys are making a bit of noise.Is this normal? Easy fix? Any suggestions? The revving by itself is probably just a dirty/clogged Idle Control Valve. Search the FAQs for instructions on how to clean it. I'm guessing the car doesn't get used much as that's usually a contributing factor.Bear in mind, the forum is technically offline at the moment - so you might want to wait until next week before asking for further info! ________________________________________ Trackday, trackday, trackday |
