does your blowers work at all? if not have a look at the relays next to the fuses located under the steering wheel... could be a burnt out relay that needs replaced... my green relay packed in and i had to replace it

car temperature okay? isnt overheating? - could be an air lock Dunno

Is there enough water in the system too, the heater is the first to go when the engine loses water.

Yeah I'd burn it . . . it's only an xsi after all! Whistle And just think, if you did burn it you'd be nice and warm without the need for heaters . . . Razz

If its an A/c model the fan just doesnt stop, annoys the sh*t outta me. they might of put a switch in to stop it, get the glove box out on see whats hiding behind the dash. and check there is a electric feed down to the fans too.

Where abouts is it (i.e. is it on the passenger or drivers side?).

From when I replaced my heater matrix, I think there is a brown one on the passenger side and it should be plugged in. Usually brown plugs go into brown sockets - but not always.

Any chance of getting a photo?

spray your blower motor with some wd40 and spin it by hand a bit, mine had just stuck before a little lube and a helping hand worked wonders...

Can the blower in a six be got at without dash removal as mine works intermittently and i think its a dead spot on the motor.
