just noticed that the bolt that holds the anti roll bar end plate has sheered off. the car was lowered not so long back. any feedback would be appreciated.would this be because one side is lowered more than the other. ________________________________________ if i dont see you in the mattress il see you in the spring |

Probably not been torqued properly, as soon as they come loose/stretch they shear from the force.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Half cages right up to complete custom spaceframes - MSA/FIA spec, CDS, ROPT, T45, etc - PM meEmail me! What Phil said. Although I don't know what he's doing on here, he should be off welding up my lower brace. It's just a standard M6 (I believe? Possibly M8) but certainly metric, get the old one out by whatever means and replace it with a new high-tensile one, 8.8 grade will do you fine. Then do it up nice and tight ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |
