What is the difference if pulley size 75mm is used with high boost kit? |

Assuming you will not be significantly reducing the RPM limit, you will over-spin the supercharger, exceeding the maximum permissible input shaft speed, and impeller speed also.The most likely outcome is overheating of the internal components / traction fluid, shortly followed by seizure. It will also void the warranty on your supercharger.
