Right, made one up this morning and have taken some pictures.



O ring fitted


Fitted to the inlet manifold


I can start making them immediately, got enough material for a fair few.

Shame if i still had my Rallye id of tried one

However without trying to p*ss on your fire, there was some discussion about these in another thread as to whether they can potentially damage anything or cause it to lean out in mid-range

Yeah they are the same thing, tbh I cant see it affecting fueling much really, obviously anything you change on the induction will have an effect but I cant see any 10+ year old-time cars running perfectly without re mapping etc

I was genuinly interested if you knew as to whether they would be ok or not to use, like said in another thread, the helmholtz wasnt designed and put there for no reason ?

all i can see it does is makes it abit louder, but surely peugeot spend 1000's designing this engine if it was to do any good it woudlnt be there in the first place?? dont you think they look empty without the res box?

Glad you got it alright. And yes it re-uses the o ring off the resonator box.
