right ive got an omp cage, what size of padding would i need to fit it, trying to get some off ebay but dont know what size my cage bars are as i cant measure them as im not at home, anyone know what would fit?

would this fit
High density roll cage padding. The hole is offset so the padding thickness can be varied by rotating. The padding fits 1 3/8" to 1 ¾" ( 35mm to 45mm ). Flame retardant.

Depends what you want - the pipe lagging will stop you smacking your head getting in and out, but is worthless in a crash.

The high density stuff could save your brain if you roll Yes

Pretty sure standard cages use T45, so yes it would.

not fussed for saving my brain as f*ck all to save, but its rather sore when you get in an out an when you think your jumping out the 306 without a cage lol! im open to options i really shouldnt come out my seat if i was to roll as new belts are spot on and my seats are tad on the tight side lol

the most likely situation you will be in if you roll will be on track. meaning you will have a helmet on so padding is no biggie.

the stuff in the link it fine , and cheapest you will find it unless you have a scaffolder friend Yes

That size should do you from ebay.

Proper (hard) foam padding will offer a lot more protection than pipe lagging in a crash, however, even pipe lagging is better than nothing!

I paid £2 for a 3 meter length at my local plumbing centre, I could choose wall thickness so I went for 20mm but like others have said it's not the best stuff to use!
