Does anyone know what thread size the lambda sensor uses?

I managed to muller the thread and destroyed the sensor last time I took the decat off and now thinking about cutting it away and welding a nut on there.

Just by chance if anyone knows?

Cheers Smile

Lambdas are normally M18x1.5. I can't say with any certainty but you can buy M18x1.5 bosses to weld on.

Machinemart sell a spark plug thread chaser.

here

Failing that just weld a new boss over or plug that one and fit another elsewhere.

I'd chop the old one off and weld a new one on Thumbs up

make sure you get it at the right angle, cheaper than getting a thread tap if you know someone who'll weld it on for a beer/pack of biccies.
