is it possible 2 switch a working temp clock from a 6 to a rallye where is the sensor located

the sensor is located on the underside of the passanger mirror.

i'm no expert, but as your rallye will have manual mirrors, you'll have no electrics to them, like on the gti6s

i'm not 100% but i think the sensor must need some sort of power so you can then get a display in the dash

*edit* if anyone does know for sure, feel free to correct me
