Evening all!

Just a quickie, I have noticed that a weld/join on my seat base has broken on the drivers seat! It's the tube that runs left to right on the front underside of the seat and attaches the base to the runner. If I push back in the seat it can lift of at the front right hand corner.

What's the best way to refix this? Preferably without a welder! Can you use a 'metal glue'??
