On our cars there is little difference. On cars with a cast manifold then you can get some gains depending on how badly they are made. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

You get the exhausts gases out of the car more efficiently some will argue thats its not worth doing on these engines but hey they didn't use them when racing - It does however depend who makes it for you as a poorly made manifold will be sh1t - I suggest you check with Maniflow in Salisbury, Wiltshire as they used to do the old tour car manifolds |

Not exactly as they are two different things What has been said is you wont see or benefit from the differences on a fairly standard engine, people say the standard one is good for over 200Bhp Na so I'd save your money personally. Off topic but is your car James old one? ________________________________________ Ryan |
