i kn ow there is a thread on here some which some one makes a dummy power sttering pump or pulley or a p/s relocation bracket can any one point me in the right direction? thanks

maybe if i filled pump with fluid and capped it off it wouldnt seize solid......... any one done manual rack conv on here?

Down to Halfords for a shorter belt!

i work for a motorfacors but it doesnt look like the belt would route right with out the ps pulley in the loop

You might get away with just looping the outlet to the inlet and leaving some fluid circulating.
Or slit the casing and rip the rotor out and blank the ends up.
You'll want to change the valving in the steering rack either for the manual version or by putting a solid stop in to get rid of the flex in the quill, or it'll still feel slightly numb.

i think you can use the s16 engine mounts to relocate it?

yep, S16 non aircon mounts are ideal, make a simple adjuster bracket from a 205 aux belt adjuster and some flat bar, and a belt every so slightly longer than a 205 aux non-pas belt.
