I can't think of any reason it wouldn't apart from maybe the cutout on the bumper if its not a DTurbo.

Not 100% sure, but iirc the petrol exhausts are significantly more restrictive because a n/a petrol will make a damn-sight more noise than a turbocharged diesel...
