I have this set up and lowered the ream beam to suit after refurbishing it, the bolts "I think" are normally 330mm apart so to lower it 30mm the same as what the Eibachs are supposed to the bolt measurement would be 310mm,
However when I set mine to this it was a bit high so I lowered it again using this method,

http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=63880&page=1

Mine on Eibachs was 605mm from the floor to the bottom of the arch so I set the rear distance to the same measurement Smile

I have not measured the bolt to bolt centre, but when fitting the 21mm bars I had to lift the trailing arm by about 25mm to get the same ride height as before.

that sort of makes sense.

i've only recently found out that the bigger the torsion bars, the less the measurement between the shocker bolts needs to be

it makes sense. as there is less 'give' in thicker bars

well i've fitted the vts torsion bars, with a measurement of 311mm between the shocker mounts

also fitted the eibachs to the front.

i've taken measurements roughly from the sill to the floor.

at the front of the car i have a measurement of 140mm and the rear part of the sill is 160mm

so the car does sits lightly higher at the back

which i believe is how it should be, and should not be sitting level

sounds just about right Andy, that's exactly the rake front to back that the rally build book states for both the 205 and 309 Smile

+1 (when I had it...) The impreza sits a bit more than that, but it needs all the turn-in help it can get.

Andy, what profile tyres are on your Nile?

Did the ride height come out the same both sides when you did it this way?
